He has served as Chair of both the KBA and the LBA's Family Law Sections and was
the 1999 recipient of the LBA's Judge Richard A. Revell Family Law Practitioner
of the Year Award.
In addition, he is a member of the
Kentucky
Academy of Trial Attorneys and a

this nationwide effort twenty years earlier.
