Our offices are easy to find in the newly-renovated REPUBLIC PLAZA
building at the corner of SEVENTH and MARKET
Streets.
Formerly known as the Legal
Arts Building, the building was purchased in mid-2008 by Jaytee
Properties, which invested about $6,000,000 in completely renovating the
structure. Construction and overhaul of the facility was completed
in early 2009.
Republic Plaza offers
a convenient attached parking garage, which we recommend clients use
when visiting our offices. However, there is often metered parking available on 7th Street and
on the
Market Street side of our building.
Our building is only one block from the
Jefferson
County Judicial Center (pictured at right), where Family Court
is conducted (that's at corner of 7th and Jefferson).
FINDING
OUR OFFICES
From West-bound I-64 (coming downtown from the East End),
take the THIRD STREET exit. Turn right onto MAIN STREET
and follow it down to EIGHTH STREET (five blocks). Turn left onto
EIGHTH and turn left again at the first light onto MARKET STREET.
Proceed three-fourths of a block. On your right you will find the entrance to the
Republic Plaza parking garage. (The attached garage
is currently painted green, but that will be changing in the weeks to
come).
NOTE: If you take the Ninth Street exit from I-64 West-bound, you
will have to do a U-turn around the traffic island at Muhammad Ali
Blvd. to double-back on 9th Street to Market Street and then make a
right turn onto Market.
From East-bound I-64 (coming into town from the West
side of downtown), take the 9th STREET exit. Turn LEFT onto
Market Street and proceed 1-1/2 blocks to the Republic Plaza
parking garage (on
the right).
From North-bound I-65, take the MUHAMMAD ALI BLVD.
exit, go WEST on MUHAMMAD ALI to 9th STREET, turn RIGHT onto ROY WILKINS
BLVD./9th STREET. Go NORTH to MARKET; turn RIGHT onto MARKET and proceed
1-1/2 blocks to the Republic Plaza parking garage (on the right).
From South-bound I-65, take the JEFFERSON STREET
exit, go WEST on JEFFERSON to 9th Street, turn RIGHT onto ROY WILKINS
BLVD./9th STREET. Go NORTH one block to MARKET; turn RIGHT onto MARKET
and proceed 1-1/2 blocks to the Republic Plaza parking garage
(on the right).

The attached Republic
Plaza parking garage (on the west side of our building) offers unsurpassed convenience when
visiting our offices. Once inside the six-story garage, you'll have no
exposure to the elements as entry to our building is accessible from
each floor of the garage.
If you park in the Republic
Plaza parking garage, your
access to our offices could not be easier or more convenient.
Handicapped parking spaces are available on each floor of the garage
and there is an elevator in the Northwest corner of the structure.
There are wheelchair ramps on the North, South and East sides of the
building.
If you don't need handicapped access, we recommend
visitors park on the FIFTH FLOOR of the Republic
Plaza parking garage.
There you will find several steps leading to the interior Fifth Floor
hallway of our building. Our front door is opposite the interior elevators. |
